On January 25, 2019, Changsha Boneng Technology Co., Ltd. held its 2019 New Year Celebration Gala with great fanfare in the second-floor conference hall of the Fangyuan Grand Hotel in Langli, Changsha County. More than 420 members of the company’s management team and staff from all departments gathered together, creating a truly spectacular visual feast.
The meeting commenced with a brief yet incisive address by Chairman Yang Daibin, which ignited the enthusiasm of all BoNeng employees. As we face the opportunities and challenges of 2019, we stand ready to set sail with renewed vigor. General Manager Zhang Yong then delivered a comprehensive work summary for 2018 on behalf of the company’s senior leadership, followed by a forward-looking plan for 2019 centered on the Chairman’s guiding principles. During the meeting, he expressed heartfelt gratitude for the hard work of every employee and formally commended and presented awards to a total of 40 individuals and teams, including “Outstanding Employees,” “Rising Stars,” “Technological Innovators,” “Elite Teams,” “Advanced Work Groups,” and “Outstanding Team Leaders.” BoNeng adheres to a talent management philosophy that promotes high performers, demotes mediocrities, and weeds out underperformers; all BoNeng employees are expected to take excellence as their benchmark, enhance their professional capabilities and execution, and strive to realize their full potential while contributing to the company’s continued growth.
At the annual gala’s registration desk, the company’s Chairman and General Manager, accompanied by staff from all departments, eagerly posed for close-up photos with the “Lucky Pig Baby.” It was a heartwarming family gathering, where everyone shared the joy of success and looked forward to a bright future. During the event, a dazzling array of cultural performances kicked off with a graceful dance titled “Flowers in Full Bloom—A Prosperous Era.” Six self-written and self-performed acts—“I Believe,” “Love You But Can’t Say It,” “Stop Wasting Time on Nonsense,” “Happy Alliance,” and others—captivated the audience with their powerful performances, delivering one surprise after another and vividly showcasing the youthful energy and upward spirit of the Boneng team. Interspersed throughout the show were simple yet fun games that tested speed and teamwork, filling the venue with laughter, while an electrifying live raffle added even more excitement, pushing the atmosphere to a fever pitch. The gala drew to a close with a moving rendition of “A Loving Family” performed by members of the trade union, leaving everyone deeply touched.
