Installation and Commissioning Guidance
Our company undertakes to dispatch at least one qualified technical specialist to the site for free installation or installation guidance and full-process technical services whenever in-service tower internals are replaced. During the commissioning and operation of the tower, we will also provide at least one qualified technical specialist to the site for free guidance and full-process technical services.
Provide complete documentation.
Upon shipment of the equipment, our company will provide users with detailed installation manuals and as-built documentation, and will assist them in analyzing and thoroughly understanding these materials to ensure full mastery of the equipment’s features.
48-hour service delivery
Our company has established service centers across the country, staffed by professionals holding intermediate-level or higher technical titles who have undergone specialized technical training. Upon receipt of user feedback, we guarantee a response within 24 hours and on-site service within 48 hours.
After-sales service and maintenance
Commitment: Upon replacement of internal tower components on-site, our company will dispatch at least one qualified technical specialist to the site to provide free installation or installation guidance, as well as comprehensive technical services throughout the entire process. During the operation of the tower, we will also assign at least one qualified technical specialist to the site to offer free guidance and full-process technical support. In the event of quality issues, our company provides a three-guarantee service—repair, replacement, and refund. After the warranty period expires, should the user require maintenance or replacement of equipment, our company can still arrange for personnel to visit the site, charging only the actual cost of materials and labor.
Provide training for user operators and maintenance personnel.
Technical Support:After the warranty period, we offer lifetime preferential technical support for the equipment. During the manufacturing process and following delivery and commissioning, our company provides training to the user’s operating and maintenance personnel, typically lasting three working days. The number of trainees is determined by the user, and the curriculum is specifically tailored to the user’s equipment, covering inspection, maintenance procedures, and replacement and routine servicing. All trainers are experienced engineers from our company, and the training schedule can be arranged according to the user’s preferences.
Long-term technical support
Commitment:During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts and technical support; after the warranty expires, we offer lifetime preferential technical support for the equipment. We also provide long-term technical assistance to users who purchase our products, and when users require equipment upgrades or modifications, we deliver optimal upgrade solutions that enable them to maximize the utilization of their existing equipment, reduce costs, and successfully complete the modernization and upgrade process.
