2019 Boneng Company Mid- and High-Level Strategic Deployment Conference
On February 15, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., Boneng Company convened the 2019 Mid- and Senior-Level Strategic Deployment Meeting in the third-floor conference room. This meeting marked the commencement of a new milestone for the company in 2019 and represented the first gathering of the heads of the eight major departments and senior management following the organizational restructuring. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Zhang Yong, with Chairman Yang Daibin also in attendance.

At the meeting, Chairman Yang Daibin delivered a significant address on the company’s overall strategic direction for 2019, emphasizing that the company must pursue steady growth in 2019 by optimizing and adjusting its organizational structure to maximize managerial effectiveness, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the rational allocation of human resources across all departments. During the meeting, the heads of the Sales Department, Production Planning Department, Finance Department, Procurement Department, Technology Department, Quality Inspection Department, Container Department, and General Administration Department each presented detailed reports, clearly defining the specific responsibilities and authority levels of their respective departments following the 2019 restructuring, as well as the internal division of labor within each department. Participants engaged in in-depth, highly professional, and multifaceted discussions. As a result of this meeting, all departments aligned on a common goal, collaborated with sincerity and dedication, and stood united—“When hearts are united, even Mount Tai can be moved”—to jointly build BoNeng.

At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Zhang Yong delivered a summary and outlined specific work requirements for managers across all departments. He emphasized that in 2019, Boneng must pursue steady, prudent development—avoiding reckless investments and the temptation to take on projects simply for the sake of appearing ambitious. On the production front, priority should be given to upgrading intelligent manufacturing and optimizing processes; technologically, continuous enhancements are needed to boost efficiency; and in terms of human resources, the focus must be on building a robust talent pipeline to achieve workforce optimization. Furthermore, the company should fully leverage its supply-chain system to strengthen data-driven management. All departments are expected to demonstrate strong accountability, improve timeliness in their work, commit wholeheartedly to their responsibilities, and maximize their “value-added” contributions.
