Operation “GO”—Globalization & Optimization, or simply the “All-Excellent Initiative”—is a highly significant optimization training program launched by Boneng Company in April 2018. It represents a crucial reform and the sole guarantee for the company’s innovative development and sustainable operations; it embodies the unwavering commitment of all employees to work together with one heart and one mind, and serves as a shared goal and vision for the entire organization.
June 4: Mobilization Rally for the “All-Around Excellence Initiative”
From February 25 to March 1, 2019, a week-long “All-Excellence” training program was held as scheduled in the third-floor conference room of Boneng. The program was led by Mr. Ding Bosheng, a senior corporate consultant, who brings nearly 40 years of management experience from renowned U.S. companies and tailored a comprehensive training curriculum specifically for Boneng. This session saw full participation from General Manager Zhang Yong, Vice President of Production Huang Min, Sales Director Shi Bang, and the optimization teams from all departments. During the training, detailed discussions were held on the “sub-processes for projects” that had been identified and refined in the previous training session.

The training is centered on “Three-Dimensional Self-Reflection,” “Six Key Considerations,” and “Nine Mindsets,” and seeks to enhance corporate operational efficiency and vitality by continuously refining management tools and systems. From April 2018 to February 2019, a total of seven comprehensive excellence training sessions were conducted. This initiative will serve as a long-term, sustained optimization effort for Boneng over the next three to five years—and, more importantly, represents a critical mission for all Boneng employees.
