In response to the difficulties and issues raised by our company, the relevant government departments have conducted extensive coordination, ensuring that each issue has been effectively addressed. Following our company’s request for financing, the Changsha County Financial Office facilitated on-site meetings between multiple guarantee companies and banks and our company to align on our financing needs. Ultimately, Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone Investment and Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. provided Boneng with a total of A credit line of RMB 35 million is available for issuing bank guarantees and applying for working-capital loans. The company has expressed the need to acquire 100 mu of land; following multiple on-site inspections by county-level officials to assess the company’s production capacity, progress has been made on the land-acquisition issue, with the Xingsha Industrial Base now extending an offer of land-use quotas, though specific details are still under negotiation. Furthermore, the company’s stormwater–sewage separation pipeline requires additional upgrades; thanks to more than 20 rounds of on-site coordination led by support team members from Langli Subdistrict, the company has joined forces with four neighboring enterprises to construct a new pipeline. In addition, the company has requested affordable rental housing for its employees, prompting the Changsha County Housing Security Bureau to promptly arrange for more than ten units at Xiangxiu Garden and commit to providing 20 such units to Boneng by April of next year. Lastly, the company has noted that its existing internal parking spaces are insufficient to meet employee parking needs, whereupon the Changsha County Urban and Rural Planning and Construction Bureau has proposed designating parking spaces along a road behind the company premises.
