The aromatics integrated unit primarily comprises a transalkylation unit, an aromatics extraction unit, a continuous catalytic reforming unit, and a para-xylene unit, among others. It includes equipment such as pre-hydrogenation stripping towers, naphtha separation towers, pentane removal towers, butane removal towers, extractive distillation towers, solvent recovery towers, transalkylation stripping towers, benzene towers, toluene towers, extract tower, product tower, desorbent re-distillation towers, heptane removal towers, isomerization stripping towers, reformate separation towers, heavy aromatics towers, reformate AB re-distillation towers, and para-xylene towers. The majority of these are tray-type columns, with key internal components including tray assemblies (floating valves, tray decks, downcomers, receiving trays, liquid seal trays, and associated support beams), oil collection drums, gas–liquid feed distributors and distribution pipes, as well as fasteners such as bolts, nuts, clamps, and washers.

(2) Corrugated Guide Floating Valve
The corrugated-guided floating valve comprises herringbone-shaped corrugated valve discs and valve legs integrally formed with and extending from both ends of the discs. The discs are provided with flanges on both sides in the width direction, such that the disc width exceeds the leg width. The inclined surfaces of the herringbone corrugations are equipped with 0 to 35 guide holes, while the sides of the valve legs feature folded edges and the distal ends of the legs are fitted with valve feet. Under identical operating conditions, the corrugated-guided floating valve tray enables uniform gas–liquid contact, reduces the liquid-level gradient across the tray, and enhances mass-transfer performance, making it suitable for vapor–liquid mass-transfer separation columns such as absorption towers and distillation columns.
