The BN series packing is a high-efficiency, high-capacity, highly clog-resistant, and long-service-life packing material, widely used in low-temperature applications such as CCUS, acidic gas absorption towers, ethylene, natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas, as well as in tower equipment for polysilicon production, chlorosilane processes, and precision separation systems.
The BN series metal perforated plate corrugated packing is manufactured by punching holes in thin metal sheets, rolling them into small corrugations and large waves, and then assembling the components. Within the tower, the packing is arranged in a uniform geometric pattern and neatly stacked, thereby defining distinct gas–liquid flow paths, mitigating channeling and wall-flow phenomena, and enabling very low pressure drops. At the same time, it provides a larger specific surface area, allowing for higher mass-transfer and heat-transfer efficiency within the same vessel volume. Owing to its uniform, regular, and symmetrical structure, this type of packing exhibits high porosity, high throughput, uniform gas–liquid distribution, and high efficiency.
