This meeting marked the commencement of a new milestone for the company in 2019 and represented the first gathering of the heads of the eight major departments and senior management following the organizational restructuring. During the meeting, Chairman Yang Daibin delivered a significant address on the company’s overall strategic direction for 2019, emphasizing that the company must pursue steady growth in 2019 by optimizing and adjusting its organizational structure to enhance management effectiveness and improve operational efficiency. He stressed that all departments must ensure the rational allocation of human resources. Subsequently, the heads of the Sales Department, Production Planning Department, Finance Department, Procurement Department, Technology Department, Quality Inspection Department, Container Department, and General Administration Department each presented detailed reports, clearly defining the specific responsibilities and authority of their respective departments following the 2019 restructuring, as well as the internal division of labor within each department. The attendees engaged in in-depth, highly professional, and multifaceted discussions. Through this meeting, all departments aligned on common goals, collaborated with sincerity and dedication, and stood united—“With one heart, even Mount Tai can be moved”—to jointly build BoNeng.
General Manager Zhang Yong summarized the meeting and set forth specific work requirements for managers across all departments. He emphasized that in 2019, Boneng must pursue steady development by avoiding reckless investments and refraining from indiscriminately accepting projects simply to boast about achievements. In production, the focus should be on upgrading intelligent manufacturing and optimizing processes; technologically, continuous enhancements are needed to boost efficiency; and in terms of personnel, priority must be given to building a robust talent pipeline to achieve workforce optimization. Furthermore, the company should fully leverage its supply-chain system to strengthen data-driven management. All departments are expected to take bold responsibility, improve timeliness in their work, commit wholeheartedly to their tasks, and maximize their “value-added” contributions.
