The C5 separation unit primarily comprises a C4-decarbonization column, a pre-debutanizer, a C4 purification column, an extractive feed water-washing column, Isoprene Extractive Distillation Column A, Isoprene Extractive Distillation Column B, a solvent desorption column, an acetylene extractive distillation column, a side-stream column, a heavy-component removal column, a light-component removal column, an isoprene water-washing column, a raffinate C5 water-washing column, a dimer water-washing column, a solvent recovery column, a side-stream water-washing column, a solvent purification column, a double-ring removal column, a cis-pentadiene distillation column, a DCPD light-component removal column, and a DCPD heavy-component removal column. The C9 hydrogenation unit includes a heavy-component removal column, a stabilizer column, and an alkali-washing column. The principal internal components involved comprise metal packings, liquid distributors, liquid collectors, packing pressure grids, packing grid supports, tray assemblies (including floating valves, tray decks, downcomers, receiving trays, liquid seals, and their corresponding support beams), oil collection tanks, gas–liquid feed distributors and distribution pipes, as well as fasteners such as bolts, nuts, clamps, and washers.
