1. Liquid Distributor
The liquid distributor is a core component of packed towers, playing a crucial role in enhancing separation efficiency, ensuring product quality, and increasing product yield.
Three-stage baffle narrow-groove liquid distributor, single-stage groove-type liquid distributor, coil-type liquid distributor, tube-array liquid distributor, drip-tray liquid distributor, groove-tray liquid distributor, and plate-type liquid distributor.

● Excellent distribution performance of the three-stage baffle narrow-slot liquid distributor:
When the liquid enters the first packing layer, a uniform surface distribution is established, eliminating the “end effect” and fully exploiting the packing’s separation efficiency. A highly uniform and continuous liquid film forms along the bottom edge of the baffle, and uniform droplets aligned parallel to the trough can also be generated at this location; moreover, the lower the liquid head, the greater the improvement in efficiency.
● Characteristics of the three-stage baffle narrow-slot liquid distributor:
1. The operating load has a wide flexibility, overcoming the limitation of other distributors that cannot achieve uniform distribution at the upper or lower limits of flow rate. In particular, the use of double- or even triple-row perforation technology enables meeting stringent flexibility requirements without increasing the height of the distributor. This makes it especially well suited for operation under reduced-pressure conditions, where vacuum levels fluctuate and flow rates vary considerably.
2. Excellent buffering performance: instantaneous fluctuations in flow rate do not cause changes in the liquid film on the packing surface, and the distributor’s inherent liquid-level gradient is effectively eliminated.
3. Multi-stage settling technology. This prevents clogging of the distribution holes, thereby maintaining unobstructed flow and ensuring consistent performance.
Improved distribution quality. This innovation has transformed the conventional design approach for packed towers: with appropriately designed stage heights, wall flow can be fundamentally eliminated. Moreover, the specially engineered liquid distributor enables the secondary weir to be made extremely narrow, significantly reducing its cross-sectional area as a percentage of the total tower cross-section. This results in minimal disturbance to vapor distribution within the tower, lower vapor-phase resistance, and reduced pressure drop.
The distributor itself occupies a small height, which helps reduce the overall tower height. Its fully sealed, plug-in design eliminates gaskets and bolted connections between distribution trays, ensuring zero leakage. Disassembly, cleaning, installation, and leveling are all remarkably convenient.
Boneng Technology has a proprietary computational optimization software system for the design of distributors.

2. Feeder
Porous straight-tube type
(Suitable for vapor-phase feed), Direct-Flow Baffle Type (Suitable for vapor-phase feed), Single-tangential circulation type (Suitable for high-flow vapor-phase feed and featuring excellent gas distribution characteristics), Dual-tangential circulating (Applicable to vapor–liquid two-phase feed, typically used for the bottom feed inlet of the distillation column), Disc Flash Evaporation (Suitable for vapor–liquid two-phase feed, enabling precise control of liquid residence time until complete separation of the vapor and liquid phases is achieved.) Double-row blade type (Suitable for high-velocity gas–liquid two-phase feed, with uniform gas-phase distribution to reduce erosion of the tower wall.)
