As early as 1989, Achema—the world’s largest trade fair for the process industries—made its debut in China, marking the start of its Asian tour. Since then, held on a triennial cycle, Achema Asia has been staged in Beijing eight times in a row, culminating in the 2013 edition.
For more than two decades, the exhibition has established itself as a highly influential event for the process industries in China and the broader Far East, thanks to its strong international orientation. Although the number and quality of local Chinese exhibitors have steadily increased, the share of international exhibitors has consistently remained above 50%, underscoring AMTS Asia’s status as a truly global trade show.
Finally, the triennial Achema Asia 2016— a four-day exhibition extravaganza held from May 9 to 12—has officially opened its doors. Following extensive and meticulous preparations, Changsha Boneng Technology Co., Ltd., under the leadership of Chairman Yang Daibin, made a flawless debut at the show. According to reports, this year’s event is unprecedented in scale, attracting exhibitors from all over the world and fostering an exceptionally vibrant academic atmosphere.
