When we travel, it’s not the destination that matters most; it’s the people and experiences along the way, the beautiful memories and breathtaking scenery, and above all, the companions who share the journey with us...
As corporate culture takes root and matures, employees across all departments have come together in sincere unity and friendly collaboration. In addition to the company’s regularly scheduled company-wide events, individual departments frequently organize spontaneous small-team outings, enriching cultural life and strengthening team spirit. On July 14–15, 2018, despite the demanding schedule of centralized projects and critical work assignments, we seized the weekend and basking in the warm sunshine. Thanks to the thoughtful planning and organization by colleagues from the Technical Department, a total of 27 employees—including the company’s General Manager, representatives from the Technical, Overseas Markets, Project, Finance, Quality Inspection, Design, and Human Resources & Administration departments—set off on a trip to Dongjiang Lake. Notably, three close-knit families also joined the outing. Everyone had a happy time. 2 This brief yet unforgettable and meaningful group journey allowed everyone to unwind, shake off fatigue, and step into the open air after work.
Early that morning, we boarded the high-speed train and arrived at Chenzhou West Station, where our family set off together for our accommodation—a cozy, spacious villa guesthouse. Throughout the ride, everyone shared their life stories and travel experiences, painting vivid pictures of the sights and sounds they’d encountered, as if we were there ourselves, truly empathizing with one another and drawing closer on a deeper, emotional level. With boundless anticipation, we looked forward to every leg of the journey ahead and every breathtaking view that awaited us.
Along the way, we braved mountains and rivers, and on the day of our arrival, we visited Gaoyiling is the most prominent representative and quintessential symbol of beauty within Chenzhou’s Danxia landform. Its allure lies not only in the harmonious fusion of mountains and waters and its majestic grandeur, but also in its deep, ink-green “The Heavenly Pool” is surrounded by a “giant lizard” thrashing its claws and teeth on the water’s surface. Although we only learned about the “giant lizard” after browsing online, the entire journey up and down the mountain was still breathtakingly beautiful, filled with laughter and joy. The next day, we visited the Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area, and in the early hours of the morning... Wake up at 5 o'clock We enjoyed the misty scenery of Xiaodongjiang—fresh, crisp air, ethereal mist, and a breathtaking view of azure seas and skies.
Climb the mountains to pick peaches and dive into the sea to catch fish. Everyone works together, enjoying healthy, delicious food and endless joy.
The picturesque landscapes, the warm camaraderie among colleagues, and every little moment have left a profound impression on everyone. The trip has brought employees closer together, deepened friendships, fostered a spirit of unity and positivity, and strengthened the company’s cohesion and sense of belonging.
