Working Together in Unity and Pressing On with Determination—2018 Mid-Year Review and Second-Half Work Deployment Conference

Over the past two decades, we have weathered countless challenges together, and these twenty years have been a beautiful chapter in our journey. Since its founding twenty years ago, Boneng has grown to a workforce of 400 and has established itself as a leading benchmark enterprise in the industry. To better review our achievements and map out plans for the second half of the year, we convened the 2018 Mid-Year Review and Second-Half Work Deployment Conference on July 31, 2018, in the first-floor conference room. The meeting was attended by Chairman Yang Daibin, General Manager Zhang Yong, Vice President of Production Huang Min, special guest Ding Bosheng from UOP, representatives from all departments of the office, and employee representatives from the production team.
During the meeting, Chairman Yang Daibin commended the company’s performance in the first half of the year and, in light of existing problems and shortcomings, set higher standards and outlined strategic priorities. He distilled these into a concise 20-character code of conduct: “Unite with sincerity and dedication, dare to take responsibility, perform duties conscientiously, pursue continuous improvement, and achieve outstanding results together.” General Manager Zhang Yong, Deputy General Manager for Production Huang Min, and Procurement Director Liu Yongseng each delivered detailed PPT presentations, providing comprehensive summaries of the company’s overall operations and the performance of individual departments, as well as outlining the work plans and key areas for improvement in the second half of the year. These presentations enabled all attendees to gain a deep appreciation of the company’s robust growth and instilled greater confidence in the future. In his remarks, President Ding expressed strong recognition of Boneng’s development while also offering thoughtful and highly instructive guidance.
This conference conducted In the first half of 2018, ten outstanding employees from various departments—Lei Yunchiu, Tong Ming, Zhou Jun, Zhou Gangding, Deng Ronglin, Song Ming, Cheng Guoxin, Chen Guanghai, Peng Lixiang, and Qian Jin—were honored with certificates of recognition and cash bonuses presented by Chairman Yang Daibin, General Manager Zhang Yong, and Director Ding. This recognition not only affirms their contributions but also underscores the company’s expectation that more exceptional employees will continue to play an even greater role in driving the organization’s growth.
The year 2018 is brimming with opportunities and challenges, as well as passion and dreams. All employees of Boneng will unite as one, work in close harmony, and forge ahead with unwavering determination to build a brighter future together.
