Process simulation

Good at process simulation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation, extraction, ethylene, gas separation, aromatics, cyclohexanone, cyclohexanol, caprolactam, desulfurization and other types of devices.

The international advanced process simulation software is used to simulate and control the process logistics in combination with practical engineering experience.

In particular, the clapboard tower technology has mastered a full set of process optimization and automatic control methods to save investment for customers and greatly reduce operating costs.

Hydraulic calculation of tower internals

Design calculation of all types of trays, packings, rotary tower, three-dimensional mass transfer tray, corrugated sieve tray, etc

It has independently developed tower tray hydraulics calculation software for a given type, uses independent experimental devices to regress experimental data, and has mastered the advanced software of tower internals companies at home and abroad for verification.

Structural design drawing

Design various structures of tray, packing, distributor and demister, master CAD and 3D automatic drawing, master ANSYS finite element analysis, and provide powerful theoretical calculation guarantee for large-scale device

The 3D automatic drawing software is independently developed, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of drawing. The output files are stereoscopic and intuitive, which can be displayed interactively and automatically expand the 2D plan.

Process package cooperative development

He is good at developing process packages of polysilicon, organic silicon, cyclohexanone, methanol rectification, caprolactam, polycarbonate, flue gas desulfurization, titanium dioxide, etc., and is widely used
