Changsha Boneng Technology Co., Ltd. was established on March 18, 1992, and is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Langli Town, Changsha County. It has a registered capital of 109.99 million yuan (100.99 million yuan), more than 50000 square meters of standard factory buildings, total assets of more than 800 million yuan, and an annual output value of 500 million yuan. It is specialized in providing trays, fillers, tower internals, Class I, II and III pressure vessels and other equipment for large petrochemical enterprises. The company passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification in 1998. It has the design qualification of Class I, II and III pressure vessels and the manufacturing qualification of Class I, II and III pressure vessels. It is a member of the resource market of Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC, Shenhua Group and China National Chemical Corporation. It has won a high AA level evaluation in the Sinopec Yipaike Business Credit Center. It is also an important strategic partner of UOP in processing trays and internals in mainland China.

 

At present, the company has more than 400 employees, including 36 medium and senior engineering technicians, 35 welders with various certificates and 6 Level II RT, UT, PT and MT NDT personnel. The company has more than 1000 sets of various equipment, with a tray production capacity of 25000 tons/year, a packing production capacity of about 54000 cubic meters/year, and an equipment production capacity of 30000 tons/year. After nearly 30 years of continuous efforts and innovation, our technology is now at the leading level in China.

 

The company has established its own technology R&D team, and has continuously increased investment in capital and reserve talents, and has achieved a series of fruitful R&D achievements and patents (see the company's patent list for patents).

 

Since 2015, the company has successively built three sets of pilot scale experimental devices as follows: 1. Pilot scale research system for self-cleaning energy-saving complete equipment 2. Test device for studying tray hydraulics data and mass transfer hydrodynamics data of packing 3. Test device for partition tower.

 

The company has its own process design team, equipment design team, patent development team, process package development team, and Changsha Bonone Technology Department to summarize and integrate the advanced technical characteristics at home and abroad, form a mature process calculation and equipment design system, independently undertake the process simulation and design of domestic large and medium-sized towers, and hire well-known experts and professors to join in, The team uses international advanced simulation software (PROII, ASPEN, HYSYS, etc.) for process simulation, has the ability of ANSYS finite element analysis, and can complete the strength, stress load calculation and design optimization of support elements such as truss beams of large tower internals; It has independently developed hydraulic software, and has the ability to develop multiple process packages such as flue gas desulfurization, methanol rectification, organic silicon, polysilicon, cyclohexanone, etc, At the same time, it has cooperated with scientific research institutions of many colleges and universities across the country (School of Chemical Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology, Process Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China University of Petroleum, Tianjin University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, School of Chemical Engineering of South China University of Technology, Extraction Engineering Research Office of Tsinghua University, etc.) and petrochemical design institutes to successfully provide design, manufacturing One stop service for installation and driving guidance.
