This series of May Day activities was spearheaded by the Boneng Trade Union and, with the strong support of the Boneng Technology Party Branch and the company, went through a rigorous selection process—departmental nomination, democratic voting by the trade union, approval by company leadership, and public announcement—to recognize a group of outstanding individuals and teams.
The Boneng Trade Union conducted a comprehensive assessment of 21 candidates recommended by various departments and work teams, followed by a public election through the Trade Union Congress. Taking into account the views of senior management, department heads, and colleagues, the union ultimately selected eight “Most Beautiful Workers.” They are: Yi Xiangming and Zhou Wei from the Quality Inspection Department; Li Jidan, Zhang Weigang, Xiang Nengbo, Zuo Xinlan, and Song Haiyan from the Production Planning Department; and He Yuan from the Sales Department.

On May 17, the trade union took the lead in organizing all departments to conduct a comprehensive inspection of workshop teams, offices, and collective employee dormitories, meticulously examining hygiene maintenance and upkeep, the orderly arrangement and tidiness of items, and the presence of any safety hazards.
